Refund policy

At Natalia Design Co., every object is produced with care and attention to detail. Because our products are designed and manufactured in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

We offer exchanges only, subject to the conditions below.

1. Exchanges

You may request an exchange if:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received the wrong product or variant.
  • The product received materially differs from the product description or specifications provided on our website.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label

Our team will review your request and confirm whether the product qualifies for an exchange.

2. No Returns or Change-of-Mind Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds because of:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect colour preference after purchase
  • Incorrect size selection where applicable
  • Personal preference
  • The product not matching your interior after purchase
  • Minor variations inherent to materials or manufacturing

All orders are considered final once placed, subject to the exchange rights described in this policy and applicable law.

3. Product Damage During Delivery

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If the product has been damaged during transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:

  1. The shipping package from all sides
  2. Any visible damage to the packaging
  3. The product and damaged area
  4. The shipping label

Do not discard the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

4. Defective Products

If your product develops a manufacturing defect covered by our applicable warranty, please contact us with your order number and photographs/videos demonstrating the issue.

After assessment, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate remedy in accordance with the applicable warranty and consumer law.

5. Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, except where necessary to demonstrate a defect
  • Be returned with its original packaging and accessories
  • Include all components supplied with the original order
  • Not show damage caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, modification, or normal wear and tear

Products returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

6. Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will confirm the exchange.

Replacement products are subject to availability. If the exact product or variant is unavailable, we will contact you regarding the available options.

7. Shipping Costs

For an approved exchange caused by a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product, Natalia Design Co. will provide the applicable return/exchange shipping arrangement.

For any other exchange that we voluntarily approve, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

8. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchange requests may not be accepted for products that have been:

  • Modified or altered
  • Damaged through misuse
  • Improperly installed or handled
  • Exposed to unsuitable conditions
  • Damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Returned without the original components or packaging

9. Custom or Made-to-Order Objects

Custom, personalised, or made-to-order products cannot be exchanged unless they are received damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the agreed specifications, subject to applicable law.

10. Important Notice

Our products may contain natural materials, translucent materials, handmade or small-batch components, and manufacturing characteristics that can result in minor variations in texture, colour, grain, finish, or appearance.

Such variations are not necessarily defects and are part of the character of the material and manufacturing process.
